Stock Controller

About the role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Stock Controller to manage and optimise inventory across its manufacturing sites. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping, support cost calculations and drive continuous improvement in inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records in the ERP system, covering receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels for raw materials, packaging, finished goods and spare parts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise periodic physical counts, reconcile discrepancies and analyse root causes.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports, track slow‑moving or excess stock and present KPI insights to management.
• Support month‑end closing activities, providing accurate inventory balances for costing and financial analysis.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, enhancing ERP utilisation and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, warehousing or costing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven ability to conduct inventory counts, reconciliations and variance analysis.
