Stock Keeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Stock Keeper to manage incoming raw materials, spare parts, production supplies and finished goods in its warehouse. The role ensures accurate record‑keeping, proper storage and timely issue of materials to production.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record all incoming materials and store them according to proper storage procedures.
• Issue raw materials and supplies to production based on approved requests and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical inventory counts and prepare inventory movement reports.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, finance and quality departments, ensuring FIFO where applicable.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, proper labeling and organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a warehouse keeper or storekeeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastic injection manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with honesty and integrity.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
