Stock & Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Stock & Procurement Manager to own and optimise inventory across all of our sales channels, from on‑ground retail partners to major e‑commerce marketplaces. You will decide where each product should be placed for fastest sales, coordinate restocks with factories, and represent the brand at bazaars and pop‑up events.

Key responsibilities

• Own stock across on‑ground retail channels (Locally, GoNative, Lokal) and e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon).
• Track sales performance per channel and reallocate inventory to maximise turnover.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and retail locations.
• Lead procurement activities with factories, placing and tracking restock orders.
• Coordinate product fitting sessions and communicate design adjustments.
• Represent the company at bazaars and pop‑up events, handling setup, stock allocation and on‑site sales.
• Identify stock shortages, slow‑moving items and demand trends for proactive management.
• Liaise with retail partners and marketplace teams on listings, stock levels and fulfillment.
• Monitor production timelines with factories and suppliers.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in inventory/stock management, procurement, supply chain, merchandising or retail operations.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, FMCG or retail is a strong plus.
• Highly organised, detail‑obsessed and able to spot discrepancies quickly.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data by channel.
• Hands‑on, mobile and comfortable working in warehouses, factories and pop‑up booths.
• Own a car and able to travel around Cairo as needed.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Center.

What we offer

• Gross salary: 12,000 – 15,000 EGP per month, reviewed after 6 months based on performance.
• Hybrid working setup (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
