Strategic Key Account Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

The Strategic Key Account Manager will lead government and commercial engagement for renewable energy, storage and micro‑grid solutions across the UAE and Egypt. You will act as the primary liaison with senior officials, state‑owned enterprises and major industrial customers to drive strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders, regulatory bodies and state‑owned enterprises.
• Support executive‑level meetings, negotiate strategic partnerships and oversee major commercial initiatives.
• Identify and develop opportunities in solar‑plus‑storage, diesel‑replacement projects, industrial green power and integrated energy solutions.
• Lead project origination from opportunity identification through commercial development, coordinating with local partners, developers and investors.
• Develop business pipelines with major customers in oil & gas, industrial parks, infrastructure, utilities and state‑owned enterprises.
• Monitor market trends, policy changes and project pipelines to provide strategic insights for regional growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, government relations or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to engage senior government officials and decision‑makers.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market and business environment.
• Established network across government, energy, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
