Strategic Partnerships Manager – Remote

About the role

Setup.sa, a Saudi consulting firm that helps international companies enter the Saudi market, is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to work remotely. The role focuses on building and maintaining a pipeline of strategic partnerships that support the company’s growth and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with local and international organisations that align with Setup.sa’s vision.
• Develop relationships with accelerators, incubators, innovation programmes, venture capital and private equity firms.
• Create and oversee a portfolio of value‑added services through partnerships with service providers and consultants.
• Continuously source new partnership opportunities and maintain a sustainable pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure partners have the resources needed for success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships or alliances.
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators and venture capital.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with operations and sales teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
