About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As an Ex‑MBB Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that teach AI how to reason like top‑tier consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former strategy consultants to ensure authenticity and rigor of the AI training content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesising messy data into clear recommendations.
• Comfort delivering client‑ready outputs under tight deadlines and defending recommendations amid uncertainty.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools required; training on proprietary AI‑training platforms will be provided.

What we offer

• Fully remote, project‑based contract with flexible hours.
• Opportunity to shape how next‑generation AI systems learn high‑level business reasoning.
• Collaboration with a network of top‑tier former consultants.
