Strategy Consultant – Real Estate

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join its Real Estate practice, supporting sovereign wealth funds and leading developers across the MENA region. You will work with Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism clients to shape and deliver strategic priorities throughout the real‑estate lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept designs and destination/tourism strategies.
• Conduct growth, market‑entry, valuation, transaction and greenfield development analyses.
• Support major regional projects, acquisitions and operator selection.
• Deliver high‑quality analytical insights and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university with outstanding academic performance; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy‑focused real‑estate consulting, advisory or development.
• Preferred professional qualifications: CFA, CAIA or RICS.
• Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism with exposure to strategy development, acquisition, due diligence, valuation, loan underwriting, asset management, finance or market research.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.
