Studio Manager

About the role

The Studio Manager will lead the daily operations of Land Designers’ landscape architecture studio in Giza. Working on‑site, you will ensure smooth workflow across residential, resort and commercial projects while supporting the leadership team in delivering high‑quality, sustainable designs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio activities, including scheduling, resource planning and workflow coordination.
• Track project progress, organise documentation and maintain communication between designers, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Handle client inquiries, prepare basic proposals or follow‑ups and assist sales‑related activities.
• Coordinate studio meetings, support team collaboration and monitor studio supplies and tools.
• Contribute to a well‑organized, productive and professional work environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate a studio team.
• Experience in sales support and client relationship management.
• Solid project‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in a design, architecture or creative studio environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Design Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency and knowledge of the Egyptian real‑estate or design sector are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using project‑tracking or coordination software.
• Familiarity with common communication tools (e.g., email, instant messaging platforms).
