Supply Chain Graduate Trainee

About the role

As a Supply Chain Graduate Trainee at Nestlé, you will embark on a 24‑month rotational program that immerses you in the end‑to‑end supply chain process. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop analytical, planning and problem‑solving capabilities while contributing to the timely delivery of raw ingredients and finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in multiple rotations across supply planning, operations, logistics and procurement.
• Analyze demand and supply data to support inventory and production decisions.
• Assist in coordinating the flow of raw materials and finished goods to meet customer requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong academic record (very good GPA).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, multi‑functional environment.
• Curious, enthusiastic, quick learner with strong interpersonal abilities.
