Supply Chain Manager – B2B Distribution

About the role

EELAF is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function in a fast‑paced B2B distribution environment. You will be responsible for product availability, inventory investment control, supplier performance improvement and coordination across Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Product Management, Finance and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand and supply planning processes, consolidating forecasts, pipelines, stock requirements and supplier lead times.
• Establish inventory policies (minimum/maximum, safety stock, reorder points) and monitor forecast accuracy, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Lead local and international procurement activities, negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules, and approve purchase requisitions within budget.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance on price, quality, lead time and documentation.
• Oversee logistics performance, resolve critical escalations, and ensure the Logistics Manager meets cost, service and delivery targets.
• Coordinate stock requirements across warehouses, retail locations and operational sites.
• Collaborate with Finance to align purchasing plans with working‑capital constraints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a B2B distribution or similar high‑volume environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple open orders, changing priorities and operational escalations.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills across internal functions and external suppliers.
• Hands‑on approach with a focus on process development, standardisation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system for purchase order processing and inventory control.
