Supply Chain Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for a leading home appliances company. The role involves coordinating planning, procurement, production, and delivery to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the full supply chain process from planning and procurement to production and delivery.
• Develop and monitor supply and demand planning, inventory levels, and working capital.
• Lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, and supplier management, maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory, forecasting, procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in home appliances, electronics, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong experience in supply planning, procurement, inventory management and logistics.
• Analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving skills with excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
• Very good command of English.
