Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Premier Services and Recruitment is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise its end‑to‑end supply chain operations across Egypt. The role will drive strategic planning, procurement, logistics and inventory management to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation and contract management.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and logistics partners.
• Analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with sales, production and operations teams to ensure supply availability.
• Manage warehouse operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, KPIs and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related functions, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
