Supply Planner – Beverages & Meals (Egypt)

About the role

You will be responsible for production planning of beverage and meals SKUs across specific manufacturing assets in Egypt. The role involves mid‑ and long‑term planning, finite scheduling, and close collaboration with plant operations, suppliers and demand teams to ensure smooth information flow and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and long‑term end‑to‑end supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items.
• Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement of the supply plan.
• Maintain data integrity in planning systems and ensure accurate master and detailed schedules.
• Support and implement planning improvements to enhance fill rate, inventory levels and waste objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• Experience working in an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP APO.
• Analytical skills for data tracking, reconciliation and management reporting.
• Numerate and technical skills to ensure data robustness.
• Change management and effective communication capabilities.
