Supply Planner

About the role

As a Supply Planner you will be responsible for developing and executing the supply plan for assigned brands or categories, ensuring the right products are produced and delivered to meet market demand. You will work closely with demand planners, factories, logistics, and the Master Data team to balance inventory, production, and distribution across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the supply planning process, creating the master production plan and inventory plans.
• Maintain and update planning data in SAP APO and other planning tools.
• Coordinate with demand planning, supply management, factories, and logistics to align supply with market needs.
• Support brand initiatives such as innovations, renovations, capacity planning and value improvement programs.
• Manage SKU/item setups with Master Data teams and ensure accurate data flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, protect customer service, and respond to market changes.
• Lead projects and initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Experience in supply planning, inventory management or related supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
