About the role

Al Safy Group is looking for a motivated Sales Indoor team member to promote SwitchPlus Apple products at its Cairo location. You will work directly with customers, helping them choose the right devices and accessories while delivering a high‑standard service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing SwitchPlus Apple products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and provide accurate information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Deliver product training and usage support to customers when required.
• Collaborate with sales management to refine sales processes and initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in training or educating customers on product use.
• Capability to contribute to sales‑process improvements.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in Cairo.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous retail or sales‑driven experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is advantageous.
