Systems and Cloud Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a Systems and Cloud Administrator to join our fully remote team. You will be the backbone of our hybrid infrastructure, ensuring that on‑premises virtualization and multi‑cloud environments run smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter infrastructure, including VM lifecycle, HA, DRS and templates.
• Administer Windows Server services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, File/Print and WSUS.
• Maintain Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) with a focus on security hardening, patching and automation.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting for OS, virtualization and performance issues.
• Operate and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure services, including compute, storage, networking and IAM.
• Implement and manage hybrid connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute, interconnects) and support workload migrations between on‑prem and cloud.
• Monitor system capacity, performance tuning and cloud cost management.
• Administer Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, integrate with on‑prem AD, and manage SSO, MFA and conditional access policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience with hybrid cloud environments and virtualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
