Systems Coordinator - R&D Data & Systems Management

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Systems Coordinator for its R&D international organization, based at the El Tagamoa office. You will work in a high-performing team alongside peers and with several functional teams, representing R&D to internal senior stakeholders. The role supports the implementation of the R&D strategy and the delivery of MEA goals and objectives for products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all systems-related activities within MEA
• Represent R&D in global forums on management systems
• Ensure data quality across the R&D organization and its systems
• Act as the point of contact for R&D on systems management
• Manage all specifications related to systems
• Manage data input and management on systems such as HIVE, Agile and Atlas
• Lead internal auditing to ensure KPIs related to R&D data quality and record keeping

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a general science degree
• 0-3 years of experience in FMCG food manufacturing
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and communicate well in a team

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of key product characteristics, analytical methods and organoleptic attributes
