Tahseen Trainee – Hospitality Leadership Development Program

About the role

The Tahseen Trainee program is a 12‑18 month interdisciplinary hospitality leadership development initiative, created in partnership with Cornell University. It aims to attract and develop local talent for the growing hospitality sector in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting work, audits, and reporting for property operations.
• Support property operations by developing and executing operational strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Review guest feedback, comment cards, and satisfaction data to identify improvement areas.
• Conduct walk‑throughs, ensure preventive maintenance, and verify that all areas meet service standards.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and communicate departmental goals.
• Provide proactive, professional customer service and address guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations.
• OR an associate degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in hospitality leadership and a commitment to professional growth.
