Talent Acquisition Associate Analyst

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate Analyst you will design and implement talent sourcing strategies that deliver consistent results across PepsiCo’s Middle East business units. You will work closely with hiring teams and regional stakeholders to attract and engage top talent for a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies for multiple Middle East countries (Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, UAE) to meet hiring targets.
• Research and open new sourcing channels, uncover hidden talent pools and build long‑term pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Provide candidates with a clear, compelling story about PepsiCo’s culture and career opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end sourcing and screening of active and passive candidates using diverse tools and techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidates, searches and interactions with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and high hiring manager satisfaction.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving recruitment processes through technology and optimization.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree (B‑Degree) required.
• 2‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related recruiting functions.
• Strong attention to detail, follow‑through and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the full Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience applying talent sourcing strategies and using sourcing tools.
