Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own end‑to‑end recruitment for our international business. In this role you will partner closely with hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy, build diverse talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding preparation.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to translate business goals into recruitment strategies, define role requirements and set success metrics.
• Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using direct outreach, employee referrals, career fairs, professional communities and talent pools.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback and rapid issue resolution.
• Work with People Operations and DEI teams to implement inclusive hiring practices and meet representation goals.
• Support employer branding by creating compelling job descriptions, sharing candidate‑facing content and representing the company at industry and campus events.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment analytics in the ATS, produce regular reports on key metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels, providing updates and gathering feedback on hiring progress.
