About the role

Lychee, a leading healthy‑food brand in Egypt expanding into Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive high‑volume hiring across its fast‑growing retail and manufacturing operations. You will shape recruitment strategy, ensure a steady pipeline of talent, and support the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large‑scale recruitment campaigns to meet hiring targets.
• Develop a strategic recruitment plan based on the annual manpower plan.
• Organise and execute open‑day events and hiring fairs to attract diverse candidate pools.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews to assess cultural and skill fit.
• Utilise all sourcing channels—including job portals, social media, referrals and proactive headhunting.
• Maintain a robust database of pre‑qualified candidates for future needs.
• Enhance Lychee’s employer brand through targeted outreach.
• Track hiring metrics, analyse trends and continuously improve processes.
• Manage offer issuance and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies and local labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in F&B, retail, FMCG or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage mass‑hiring processes.
• High flexibility and adaptability to support rapid expansion.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
