Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead drives end‑to‑end recruitment across the organization, partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top talent that aligns with strategic objectives. This role ensures a seamless candidate experience, strengthens employer branding, and continuously improves recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, assess, interview, and select high‑quality candidates across multiple functions and levels.
• Manage offer negotiations in line with internal policies and compensation guidelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment activities meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and business goals.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering best‑practice guidance and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Support employer branding through campaigns, career fairs, university partnerships, social media, and referral programs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, ATS records, dashboards, and documentation while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
• Manage recruitment vendors, monitor costs, and uphold service quality.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare reports for HR leadership, and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment processes in a corporate environment.
• Strong partnership and stakeholder‑management skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Solid understanding of workforce planning, talent market trends, and salary benchmarking.
• Experience managing recruitment compliance, vendor relationships, and recruitment analytics.
• Ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles.
