About the role

Lychee, a leading healthy food brand in Egypt, is expanding into Saudi Arabia and seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive high‑volume recruitment across its fast‑growing retail and manufacturing operations. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts top talent to support its ambitious expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage high‑volume recruitment drives to meet staffing needs.
• Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan based on the annual manpower plan.
• Organise and run recruitment open days and hiring events to assess large candidate pools.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews to ensure cultural and skill fit.
• Utilise job portals, social media, referrals and proactive headhunting to source candidates.
• Maintain a database of pre‑qualified candidates for future hiring.
• Enhance employer branding and outreach to position Lychee as an employer of choice.
• Track hiring metrics, analyse trends and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Manage offer issuance and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in F&B, retail, FMCG or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to attract top talent.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage mass hiring efficiently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support rapid expansion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
