Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with Nestlé Business Solutions' aligned markets to drive the full recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring hiring managers attract and select top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the talent needs of assigned functions and align stakeholders on recruitment strategy.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job briefing and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience and maintain strong engagement with both active and passive talent pools.
• Proactively source passive candidates for future requirements and manage hiring costs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, offering expertise, creative hiring solutions, and constructive challenge on selection decisions.
• Leverage labor market data, competitor insights, and salary trends to inform hiring plans.
• Coach hiring managers on selection methodologies, ensure compliance throughout the process, and promote the employee value proposition.
• Strengthen the external employer brand and continuously improve recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret labor market trends.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
