As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, engage, and hire top talent across aligned functions and businesses. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and execute recruitment strategies.
• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job briefing, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Coach hiring managers on selection methodologies and interviewing techniques.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels and maintain talent pipelines.
• Monitor labor market trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local hiring regulations while optimizing ATS usage.
• Share candidate insights with HR and Talent Management teams to support onboarding and early development planning.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Background in in‑house recruitment, agency recruitment, or a combination of both.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, CRM databases and job boards.
• Working knowledge of recruitment legislation and best hiring practices.
• Proven ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and consulting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
