About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist for Health will manage full‑cycle recruitment for a defined portfolio of roles, focusing on German‑ or French‑speaking candidates. Working within a pod structure, the specialist ensures hiring processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with global Talent Acquisition standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Provide a high‑quality, timely candidate experience and maintain clear communication with hiring managers.
• Identify and engage talent through multiple sourcing channels and share market insights with the hub.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Strategy Partners and Regional Hub Managers to align on role requirements and resolve challenges.
• Use global tools, AI‑enabled solutions, and recruitment systems to maintain accurate data and drive process improvements.
• Adopt ethical AI practices and leverage data analytics to enhance decision‑making.
