Talent Acquisition Specialist – HR Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Badr City, Cairo. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define selection criteria.
• Source candidates through social platforms, professional networks and resume databases.
• Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews.
• Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of different organizational roles.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or a related field.
