Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and drive our recruitment efforts. You will play a key role in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding qualified candidates across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using online recruiting tools, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist the most suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills and experience.
• Schedule and coordinate in‑person interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in blue‑collar recruitment and mass hiring.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing techniques and interview strategies.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Very good spoken and written English proficiency.
