Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements across relevant channels.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interview panels, and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and assess qualifications against role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyse hiring data, and suggest process improvements.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent‑attraction activities.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and assist with onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate record‑keeping and reporting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
