Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full‑time, hybrid position based in 10th of Ramadan, with the option to work from home part of the week. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for Terra Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles.
• Coordinate the hiring workflow, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and promote the employer brand.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and support onboarding coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Strong full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing role fit.
• Knowledge of employer branding principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail.
• Preferably prior experience working in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
