Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

myGINNE is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment for commercial, technical and operational positions, with a primary focus on building a high‑volume field sales team across Egyptian governorates. You will be the single point of accountability for time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire and pipeline coverage, reporting directly to the CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment: intake briefs, JD calibration, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and pre‑onboarding handover.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume sales roles using LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, referral networks and community channels.
• Administer and interpret the bilingual 110‑point pre‑employment assessment battery and post‑training evaluations.
• Conduct structured competency interviews with scoring rubrics and calibrate panels to reduce bias.
• Manage the ATS workflow, ensuring auditable records for each requisition and candidate stage.
• Partner with Sales Lead, Operations and Finance on workforce planning, headcount budgeting and replacement hiring.
• Track and report weekly funnel metrics and coordinate onboarding logistics with HR Operations.
• Enhance employer branding on LinkedIn and recruitment platforms, creating hiring content with Marketing.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in high‑volume field sales hiring in Egypt.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple governorates outside Greater Cairo.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, AUC HR Diploma) preferred.
