About the role

Lychee, a leading healthy‑food brand in Egypt, is expanding into Saudi Arabia and needs a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high‑volume hiring for its retail and manufacturing operations. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives, ensuring the company attracts the right talent to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan based on the annual manpower plan.
• Organize recruitment open days and hiring events to assess large candidate pools efficiently.
• Conduct competency‑based, in‑person interviews to evaluate cultural and skill fit.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
• Maintain a database of pre‑qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Enhance Lychee’s employer brand through outreach and branding activities.
• Track hiring metrics, analyze trends, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Manage offer issuance and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of talent acquisition experience, preferably in F&B, retail, FMCG, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage mass hiring.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support fast‑paced expansion plans.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, high‑energy environment.
