About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Lotus Tex, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring for manufacturing and textile positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the selection process.
- Prepare job offers and required hiring documentation.
- Maintain an updated talent pool and recruitment database.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track time‑to‑fill metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing or textile preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
