Talent Management Manager

About the role

4Level1 is seeking a full‑time Talent Management Manager to lead its talent strategy in Riyadh and across the Middle East. Based on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, you will support the organization’s mission to deliver high‑quality English language programs by overseeing the complete employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement talent strategies aligned with the educational mission, including workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Develop career paths, competency frameworks, and learning & development programs to boost engagement and retention.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs and coordinate internal communications related to talent initiatives.
• Monitor employee metrics, analyze HR data, and prepare clear reports for leadership.
• Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies and promote an inclusive work culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Solid background in HR practices such as recruitment support, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
• Experience in education or training organizations, especially in international or multicultural settings, is beneficial.
