About the role
Oakland College Egypt International School is looking for motivated Teacher Assistants to join both the American and British divisions for the 2023‑2024 academic year. You will support classroom teachers in delivering high‑quality instruction and ensure a smooth learning environment for students.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, material organization, and classroom management.
- Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group support to students as needed.
- Help monitor student progress and report observations to the lead teacher.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Support the integration of technology and digital resources during lessons.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Minimum three years of experience working in an international school setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
