Technical Account – Customer Service Support (English)

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Technical Account professional to provide English‑language customer service support from its New Cairo centre. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, chat or email in English.
• Diagnose technical problems and guide customers through resolution steps.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet service level agreements.
• Adhere to rotational night and overnight shift schedules.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (C1/B2 level).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo.
• Flexibility to work rotational night/overnight shifts.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
