Technical Account Manager Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager Team Leader to oversee the technical and operational relationship with our clients. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact, translating business needs into clear technical specifications and ensuring high‑quality delivery of software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the technical and operational relationship with assigned client accounts.
• Analyse client business requirements and convert them into actionable technical specifications.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (Development, QA, UI/UX, Project Management) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project implementation, timelines and schedules, and provide regular status updates.
• Track and resolve issues, bugs, tickets and escalations in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Assess change requests for impact on scope, timeline and cost before approval.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, deliverables and quality standards.
• Oversee quality of technical deliverables and review outputs before client delivery.
• Manage deployment, go‑live activities and client training on systems.
• Identify innovation opportunities, upselling and cross‑selling possibilities.
• Maintain account health, monitor financial performance and support contract renewals.

• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Good knowledge of APIs.
• Experience with integrations.
• Understanding of systems architecture.
