Technical and Partnership Engineer – Furniture & Finishing

About the role

The Technical and Partnership Engineer will translate client requirements and design concepts into technical specifications, drawings, and practical solutions for custom modern furniture. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Cairo and involves close collaboration with clients, production teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and production teams to define technical feasibility of designs.
• Produce and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and CAD models.
• Oversee workshop activities to ensure quality standards are met during manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain partnership strategies with suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
• Conduct site visits and partner meetings in Cairo to support project execution.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably furniture or interior design.
• Strong partnership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Project coordination, planning and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Technical drawing and specification creation.
• Proficiency with CAD or other design tools.
• Knowledge of materials fabrication methods and quality standards.
• Office suite proficiency.
