Technical Civil Engineer – Quantity Surveying & Design

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Civil Engineer to join our on‑site team in Sheikh Zayed, Giza. The role focuses on quantity surveying, cost estimation and structural design review for construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate contractors' invoices and payment certificates.
• Prepare shop drawings and execution drawings for structural works.
• Develop quantity take‑offs and detailed cost estimates.
• Conduct quantity surveying for both structural and architectural components.
• Review structural design calculations and drawings.

Required profile

• Graduate from a recognized government university with a construction or reinforced‑concrete graduation project.
• 3‑5 years of experience in structural and architectural quantity surveying.
• Proven ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Experience reviewing payment certificates and contractor invoices.
• Background in structural design work and drawing review.
