Technical Consultant I – Professional Services

About the role

The Professional Services Technical Consultant I will work directly with NCR Atleos clients to implement and adopt our financial‑services solutions. You will translate business requirements into configured systems, deliver training, and ensure the solution delivers measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and design customized solution configurations.
• Lead implementation projects through configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide expert guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Document processes, configurations, and client interactions for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to drive overall client success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in professional services, consulting, or solution implementation.
• Strong understanding of industry‑specific solutions or technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
