Technical Delivery Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Project Coordinator to join the UK IT portfolio delivery team of VOIS, the Vodafone Intelligent Solutions unit. The role will support the management of business demand, delivery and governance of CAPEX‑funded initiatives, ensuring projects move from mobilisation through design to operational hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Support or lead low‑ to medium‑complexity projects within an assigned portfolio, adhering to Vodafone governance standards.
• Act as the central coordinator for cross‑functional project teams, aligning stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource requirements and critical paths.
• Monitor project performance against plans, manage risks, and report progress against success metrics.
• Forecast and manage resource needs, including people, technology and financial budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Vodafone delivery methodologies and governance processes.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to achieve project outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and stakeholder engagement practices.

Required profile

• Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
• Early‑career professional with 0–2 years of experience in project delivery, preferably in ICT or technology environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Ability to develop business cases, cost estimates and resource forecasts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality, time and cost expectations.
