Technical Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Designer who combines strong creative abilities with precise engineering skills to produce custom signage solutions. The successful candidate will translate client requirements into detailed 2D and 3D visualisations and prepare production‑ready files for CNC and laser cutting.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, patterns, signage and artwork that align with client brand identities.
• Convert graphic concepts into accurate vector and CAD files suitable for CNC and laser machines.
• Generate machining files (G‑Code) using CAD/CAM software and verify dimensions, thicknesses and material specifications.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to understand client needs and deliver practical designs.
• Develop and maintain a design library of templates, patterns and styles to improve workflow efficiency.
• Create visual mock‑ups for client review and obtain production approval.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic and technical design work.
• High attention to detail and solid understanding of materials such as wood, acrylic and metal.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, able to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
• AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino (or equivalent CAD tools).
• ArtCAM, Aspire or similar CNC/laser file preparation software.
• Experience creating G‑Code and preparing files for CNC and laser cutting.
