Technical Interior Designer – Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Interior Designer to join our Cairo office. The successful candidate will support the technical development and execution of interior design projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details that reflect design intent.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate technical requirements.
• Support the creation of project deliverables such as drawing packages, presentations, and reports.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and monitor task delivery.
• Review technical drawings for accuracy and compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve technical challenges and mentor junior designers.
• Apply sustainable design principles and stay updated on new materials and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience with a strong technical focus.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and international authority requirements.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a plus.
