Technical Interviewer (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced engineers to join Fekra’s Technical Interviewing Team on a freelance basis. As a Technical Interviewer you will assess candidates for a variety of engineering positions, ensuring a fair, consistent, and high-quality evaluation process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 30–60 minute technical interviews via video with candidates at junior to principal levels.
• Apply Fekra’s standardized interview framework and scoring model.
• Ask domain-specific questions (e.g., coding, system design, scenario-based) and identify red flags.
• Write clear, written evaluation reports and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to maintain consistency and improve the assessment process.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in at least one technical domain.
• Strong ability to evaluate code quality, problem-solving skills and technical depth.
• Excellent English communication, with clear and structured reporting.
• High integrity, fairness and consistency in candidate evaluation.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage flexible interview schedules.
