Technical Office Architect

About the role

Trio Interiors & Contracting is seeking a Technical Office Architect to join its engineering team in Alexandria. The role focuses on delivering accurate architectural shop drawings, ensuring seamless coordination with other disciplines, and maintaining strict compliance with design intent and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize architectural shop drawings for client and internal approval.
• Coordinate architectural work with structural and MEP teams to achieve clash‑free execution.
• Identify and resolve technical design issues proactively.
• Verify that all designs and details meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Support site execution teams by providing practical and accurate technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 2 to 6 years of proven experience as a Technical Office Architect.
• Experience on large residential, commercial, and premium interior projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and detailing.
• Proficiency in preparing and coordinating architectural shop drawings.
• Ability to coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
