Technical Office Architect Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Office Architect to lead our architectural team on‑site in Cairo. The role combines design excellence with hands‑on project coordination, ensuring that every concept is translated into a buildable reality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical office operations, maintaining workflow efficiency and project timelines.
• Develop, review and approve detailed architectural drawings, specifications and construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction and design teams to integrate technical solutions and resolve design challenges.
• Prepare tender documents, material specifications and project schedules.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction aligns with design specifications.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven leadership or team‑lead experience in a technical office environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
