Technical Office Engineer – Architecture

About the role

Le Jardin Construction & Development is seeking a qualified Technical Office Engineer specialized in Architecture to support its construction and real‑estate development projects in Alexandria. The role focuses on preparing and managing technical documentation, cost estimates, and tender processes for commercial and concrete‑structure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review shop drawings, material take‑offs, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for ongoing projects.
• Conduct quantity surveying and cost estimation for concrete and commercial building works.
• Support tendering activities, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure accurate technical information flow.
• Maintain detailed project records and assist in resolving technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering (graduation years 2022‑2024).
• Current residence in Alexandria, Egypt.
• 2–3 years of proven technical office experience in construction, real‑estate development, or commercial projects.
• Experience with concrete structures and commercial buildings is highly preferred.
• No relocation plans or long‑term commitments that could affect work continuity within the next three months.
