Technical Office Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer to join our team and ensure that project designs comply with the Egyptian Construction Code. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical drawings, integrating inputs from MEP and structural disciplines, and supporting site managers with design issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive project designs and verify compliance with the Egyptian Construction Code, reporting any discrepancies.
• Prepare and amend technical drawings for project submissions using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Calculate measurements, specifications, and generate draft designs for manager review.
• Integrate MEP and structural feedback to produce final design documents.
• Address design issues raised by site managers and implement necessary amendments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Technical Office Architect or Engineer.
• Proven experience with construction drawings and technical documentation on commercial, residential or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
