Technical Recruitment Associate

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruitment Associate to lead full‑cycle hiring for a wide range of technical positions, from software engineering to AI and DevOps. The role focuses on building scalable hiring strategies, managing high‑volume recruitment, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple technical domains.
• Partner with hiring managers and tech leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring strategies.
• Design and execute scalable recruitment approaches for both high‑volume and niche roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, professional networks and events.
• Conduct technical screenings, manage interview processes and evaluate cultural fit.
• Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and track metrics such as time‑to‑hire.
• Provide market intelligence on tech trends, salary benchmarks and competitive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of technical recruitment experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
