• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in technical sales, customer service, or sales management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, Technical Sales, Sales, Sales Management, Customer Relations, Customer Support, and CRM.
• Strong ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical concepts and solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present compelling arguments and build rapport.
• Natural inclination for problem‑solving and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and account management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
